The Fisher German Rural Intelligence app provides a one stop shop for rural news and information along with a host of handy features of a rural business nature.
To help you follow some of the agricultural commodity markets and trends there is data and market reports from AHDB which lists the prices for wheat, rapeseed, soya and maize, along with their market reports to assist with the interpretation of this data and market trends.
There is a currency converter, with the ability to convert between Pounds, Euros and US Dollars, a weather report tailored to the GPS location of your phone and a conversion tool which covers common and some specialist agricultural units for length, weight, area and volume.
An interactive map has been included with both the road network and a satellite view for the user’s ease of reference. The app uses the GPS location of the operator to provide useful Local Authority data for the areas including the nearest postcode, grid co-ordinates, District, Parish and lots more.
